Advised by the Troy Philippines President, the Troy Philippines Internship Board Program is an enriching experience that provides a welcoming environment for interns to refine their leadership skills and abilities. Intern board allows members to have more hands-on experience in executing events and projects that promote Troy Philippines' mission. Joining intern board gives one the ability to have first hand collaboration of the responsibilities of a Troy Phi Board member through participation in project-based committees.
 
Intern Board Member Responsibilities include:

  • Attendance at all bi-weekly intern meetings on Fridays at 4:00 PM
    • ​Asynchronous activities with President on off-weeks 
  • Attendance at at least two e-board meetings a month, happening on Mondays at 9:00 PM
  • Attendance at Troy Phi-affiliated events and programming
  • ​Attendance at one APASA and/or SCPASA event
  • All-around participation at these meetings and the activities therein
  • Activeness in e-board/intern slack
  • Active collaboration with executive board members in project-based committees
  • Completion of other internship board assignments as a way to get to know board and other interns​
